Since its opening on February 14, 1995, Seo-gu Cultural Center has contributed considerably to the development of local culture by hosting the Gapcheon Cultural Festival, operating a cultural school, collecting folk materials, publishing cultural books, hosting the Korean Women’s Grand Art Exhibition, and engaging in various other related activities to promote local culture and arts.
Pyeongsong Youth Culture Center is a three-story building with two basement floors located in Mannyeon-dong that can accommodate 2,300 people. It is nurturing healthy youth who will become the leaders of the 21st century and promoting citizenship.
